• Rural Community Insurance Services provides crop insurance.
• This work involved mostly RPGLE, CL, CLLE, embedded SQL (SQLRPGLE), XML, and Java work. Some work has been in writing and debugging C# and Typescript
• Handle most ad hoc requests for data and analysis for the claims core IT team. Includes extensive use of SQL, scripts, and stored procedures.
• Handle nearly all defect fixes and some enhancements for the IBMi software. Also handled defect fixes in the C#.
• Initiated extensive work with a colleague to expand knowledge of C# development. Used that expanded knowledge to write a large amount of automated testing software in C# that included using the Specflow framework, database mocking of IBMi tables, connecting to the IBMi from the C# applications, running the tests, and automated analysis of the results in the C# apps.
• Acted as SME and technical lead for Hail enhancement project to align the software with the rules of the regulatory agency.

• Company Overview: US Foods Culinary Equipment and Supplies is a leading provider of culinary equipment to a variety of restaurant and food service organizations
• The main focus of the work for US Foos CES has been onboarding of vendors to the new EDI driven Supply Chain Visibility platform developed by Sterling IBM. This has included verification of proper EDI transaction mapping, testing, coordination with category managers, and creation and modifications to RPGLE and CL programs.

• Company Overview: Card Services at JP Morgan Chase needed to upgrade their RMS (Recovery Management System) software developed by Fair Isaac
• Card Services, at JP Morgan Chase, uses the RMS (Recover Management System) sold by Fair Isaac.
• The project consisted of some hours of Business Analysis to assist in identifying and mapping requirements for the overall upgrade in Business Intelligence tools
• The project was mainly modification of the queries and CL Programs, creation of test plans, and a great deal of testing and QA work.

• Company Overview: Novo Nordisk is the leading pharmaceutical supplying insulin worldwide
• This project consisted of analyzing the software written in RPGIV and CL, and data files on the IBMi in order to apply conversion of customer numbers.
• This involved building a parallel environment, creating documentation and test plans, directing the work of one developer, and working with operations staff.

• Manager of Business Analysts.
• As a BA, successfully developed requirements and test cases from interactive with internal and external customers as well as IT resources
• Projects were for customers such as Macy's, Ikea and The Limited.

• Accounting System Conversion Project.
• Led 5 developers to create parallel applications to produce all necessary reporting and processing, including invoice interfaces.
• EDI project for The Limited Inc.
• EDI including handling ANSI 004010 for 350, 810 and 857 Transactions. Successfully delivered software to transmit customs data, events and Barthco invoices through EDI. Benefited all divisions of the Limited including Victoria Secret, Bath and Body Works, and Express.

• eFunds is a banking fraud prevention company.
• Build software to deliver a large amount of data (millions of rows) to an Oracle hosted data warehouse.
• In addition to a large amount of RPGLE and CL work, worked with Oracle PL SQL and SQL to verify and test data processing in Oracle.

• First RPG programming job after tech school.
• Worked on interactive software on the AS/400, as well as handling operations work on S36.
• Used RPG, CL and DDS to create interactive software including Windows on the IBMi.
