Allie Van Ditto

Coeur D'Alene,ID

Summary

Throughout school, I have always been described as an “under achiever”. While in High School, I was an honor roll student, finally making the Dean's list my senior year. While supporting my high GPA, I took advantage of the dual enrollment program my senior year along with the Autobody program provided at KTEC. Hoping to graduate with not only my Diploma, an Autobody Certificate, but an Associates degree as well. Unfortunately, I was not able to knock out all three, but I will graduate in May with my Associates.

During my time at KTEC, since I was not able to knock out all three of these achievements at the same time, I was able to study and train my way to a state competition. While competing, I placed 2nd in the state of Idaho for Autobody. It was an amazing experience for me and the community was truly aspiring.

Work History

Paint Associate

Crash Champions
Post Falls, ID
09.2025 - 12.2025

At Crash Champions I have learned the importance of efficiency. At this job my role is to complete all my prep work in a timely manner in order to meet the quota written by the estimator. Everything in the Autobody industry, I have found, is about time and money. This job is extremely physically draining but I have found it had its benefits. I was able to yet again, work alongside a team, be very verbal with management, and practice time management. I hope to continue to use these skills as I continue a new career path.
