My personal work experiences are creative and accomplished.
I have used my creative prowess and client relationship expertise to work in several different types of environments to excel in diverse roles from makeup artistry, being a barista and lactation counseling.
One of my favorite projects was being on the founding board - at just 22 years old for The Ohio Appalachian breastfeeding network, which is still functioning today, showcasing my ability to be a part of something very serious and help marginalized people in our communities.
I am proficient in social media and great at building lasting client connections, my career is marked by a commitment to creativity, helping people in many different scenarios and continuous learning.
• In 2010 after graduating high school I created my own small business as a makeup artist locally.
• I built my clientele from scratch and learned how to run a business and promote myself to the world both on social media and off.
• I maintained this successful small business while working as a contractual makeup artist for MAC cosmetics.
• I made a name for myself while working on local news anchors in Cincinnati Ohio and several Bengals Cheerleaders.
I only retired from makeup artistry to be a full time homemaker, and that is where I am today.
I stopped working when my daughter was only a few months old and have been a stay at home mother (aside from a job at Starbucks) for almost 6 years.
I have a counseling certification I earned through a local community college while working as a lactation specialist for the Ohio Department of Health and WIC.
I have a certification in Lactation to be a lactation specialist. I worked towards this goal for years and finally became certified in 2016.
I am a licensed cosmetologist and have used that license in various careers since 2012.
