- Arrived at 10:30am, set up the bar (ice, wiped bar down, cut fruit ,etc..) to get ready for lunch service
- It was very high paced here
- Drafts were ALL $2 so there was high volume to do service bar as well as every customer at the bar all within the hours of 12-m
- (The lunch rush)
- After the lunch rush I basically got the bar back in order, washed tons of glasses, wiped bar down, replenished napkins, silverware, fruit, etc.
- Checked in the liquor order
- Consistently provided friendly guest service and heartfelt hospitality
- Promptly and empathetically handled guest concerns and complaints
- Demonstrated integrity and honesty while interacting with guests, fellow employees and managers
- Greeted customers and provided excellent customer service
- Pleasantly and courteously interacted with customers
- Greeted each customer with friendly eye contact
- Greeted guests and sat them at tables or in waiting areas Informed patrons of establishment specialties and features
- Inspected restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies and cleaned restrooms when necessary Kept drink stations clean and ready for service
- Kept ice bins filled
- Performed all transactions in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
