• Scheduled customers for various pool/spa services and communicated with the service team about time sensitive issues
• Ran tests on water samples brought in by customers and analyzed the results to explain in customer-friendly terms
• Generally maintained store (restocking, labeling products, creating displays, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, etc.)

• Pack carry-out orders, run food from kitchen, check orders for missing items; get missing items, cash out customers, hand out orders, general cleaning, prep work (restocking) for next day, greet guests
