Currently oversee a Training Division of 5 Battalion Training Chiefs. As the Regional Chief of Training, I ensure training compliance for over 285 Federal Fire employees. I am the appointed program manager for Health and Safety, Emergency Management and Respiratory air management program. I oversee two large contracts for department. Explained and gained support of employees for management policies and goals, personally promote and execute EEO policies and procedures, ensuring equal treatment of all employees. Seasoned Firefighter with 25 years of experience and extensive training in emergency response operations. Committed to building and leading efforts of talented teams of up to 285 first responders.
