I was an office assistant for the Collections Bureau of Kansas. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information was a high priority. I also prepared documents for our team for court hearings and submit documents to the court system on behalf of CBK.

I served as an operations manager and stylist for the Kansas Supercuts District, that included four stores. Travel was required to help out in stores for schedule coverage. I assisted other managers in their stores with product planning and marketing tools. I supervised all operations staff and kept employees compliant with company policies and State Board procedures.

I was in charge of several large school accounts during my tenure at Stuedentreaures, which involved organizing publishing dates and deadlines. I also ensured the teachers had everything they needed for their projects while doing many marketing tasks for the team. I collaborated with colleagues to develop new ideas and strategize plans for the upcoming projects. I established strong relationships with the teachers involved for their classroom project so they felt at ease and supported the whole school year.

I was promoted to the store manager after I was a stylist for several years there. I was able to grow a clientele list based on customer referrals and quality customer service. My main tasks included supervising stylist team, inventory and scheduling.
