Based on court judgments, process accounts receivable; receive, record, monitor and disburse monies after prescribed periods. Levy on real property and personal property, prepare public notices for sale, notices of attachment, notices of levy, notices of bankruptcy, claims of exemption, oppositions to claims and third party claims to comply with court, litigant or attorney instructions. Prepare daily bank deposits, month end reports, transfer of fees earned, and writ assessment fees. Assist the public in person or by phone.
