* My main work area is the digital make line which is where the online/pick-up orders are made. I ensure that my area stays clean and the food I prepare is presentable to the best of my ability. It's a very busy fast paced job so I'll usually be asked to jump back and forth to help customers in the line to restocking/preparing food such as frying chips.

- Provided excellent customer service by greeting customers and meeting quality expectations.

- Collaborated with team members to complete orders.

- Readied customers' take-out orders in secure bags with appropriate amounts of condiments, silverware and napkins.

- Properly labeled and stored food and fresh ingredients in cooler or freezer to optimize freshness.

* My job was to fulfill shoppers online and pick-up orders. I would go on the floor and select the best products for our guests to go home with. Selecting products was only the first part of the process, fulfilling meant preparing and storing the orders in the most efficient manner. I would also help package and safely wrap orders that would be shipped out. From time to time I was asked to help out different departments and I would gladly assist.

- Interacted with guests in friendly and knowledgeable way.

- Assisted manager in training new employees to apply strategies and best practices in

fulfillment process.

- Picked and packed order items.

- Operated forklifts and pallet jacks to safely transport and manage materials to and from warehouse.

* At CH I worked in assisting the marketing department. I would update multiple social media excel sheets to get the best data on what cites were doing well and which ones needed improvement. From time to time I would also help with special events preparation.

- Reviewed and edited documents for accuracy, grammar and clarity.

- Completed daily logs for management review.

- Volunteered to help with special projects of varying degrees of complexity.

* At the diocese I had one year long project that was cut short due to COVID. The marriage tribunal that I worked at was in the process of moving and boxing all of their belongings. My job was to scan documents, archive files, and file documents in alphabetical/ numerical order so that their new location could have their paperwork pre-reorganized.

- Sorted and organized files, spreadsheets, and reports.

- Completed research, compiled data, updated spreadsheets, and produced timely reports.

- Collected, arranged, and input information into database system.

* My high school has a Corporate Work Study Program that allows students to earn approximately 50% of their tuition by working in corporate jobs. I was an intern at InsureZone my freshman year; I would work every Thursday from 9-5 and once a month on Friday's. My tasks all contained computer skills which helped me correctly file my claims and policies. Once a month I was asked to open mail and scan it so that it could be filed accordingly.

- Gathered, organized and input information into digital database.

- Maintained accurate records and documentation of projects to inform stakeholders of progress and updates.
