• Led end-to-end development and launch of a GenAI contract analysis platform, redesigning prompts, agentic workflows, and frontend logic to cut assessment cycles by 80% (from weeks to days) across 25+ global teams.
• Established product processes as the first PM on the platform, partnering with engineering on roadmap structure, feature prioritization, onboarding, feedback collection, and internal marketing.

• Audited the end-to-end ecommerce journey for a security provider, translating funnel, channel, and journey analysis into conversion initiatives that supported 100% YoY ecommerce sales growth and share growth from 2.5% to 4.5%.
• Developed 8 customer archetypes for a home security provider through mixed-method research, combining 30 interviews and an N=5,000 survey to shape personalization and segmentation strategy.
