• High Volume Server at family Run Italian Restaurant.
• Position requires extensive knowledge of Italian food preparation and Wine. Serve Safe Certification and Alcohol Compliance Training up to date.
• Position requires being at ease in a fast paced but fine dining atmosphere. The restaurant also hosted large and small private parties and banquets, with either ala carte, fixed menu or buffet style of serving.
• I was also responsible for training new hires.
• I was also the Caterer for Davinci Ristorante for parties booked in private residence outside of restaurant.
• I only left this restaurant because the location is very far from my home in Cape Coral. I want to work closer to home.
