• Specialize Breakfast and Breakfast Cocktails (Mimosas, bloody mary etc.
• Occasional banquets. Setting up tables, flatware, wine glasses. ( Break down as well).

ALL SERVER DUTIES

• Serve Famous "New Orleans Cocktails: Sazeracs, Old Fashions, etc. beer and mixed drinks.
• Organized bar inventory according to type of liquor ( well, call, premium)
• Polished glassware, bussed tables and removed debris to keep customer areas clean.
• Answered all phone calls, put in orders for Doordash, Ubereats, and WAITR.

• Made mixed drinks at the "door" bar, which is the bar that took all the guests that were walking by and drinking as opposed to dining in.
• Opened a full bar during AM shifts ( cut fruit, and garnishes , stocked cups, filled salt, sugar, & lime juice) , filled sinks ( wash, rinse , sanitize) .
• Closed full bar during PM shift. ( This includes : breaking everything down, taking up mats, storing and dating fruit, juice mixes, restocking beer and alcohol. Cleaning/wipe down surfaces. Sweep and mop. Close out tickets, run check out.

• Made and served mixed drinks, beer, wine, coffee, hot chocolate. ( either behind the bar or walking the floor with a tray)
• Cashed out casino tickets.
• Retrieved cigarettes for guests.
