Oversee 9 Kindercare Learning Centers in the Madison and Milwaukee Area. I work closely with Center Directors to achieve growth and occupancy goals for centers. I ensure all Center Directors are maintaining health and safety measurements per state licensing regulations.

Ran the largest Kindercare location in the state of Wisconsin.

Responsible for 45 staff members and over 200 children.

Ensured the center was in compliance with all state licensing guidelines.

Trained all new Center Directors and served as a mentor CD

Managing 20 staff members and 80+children. Ensuring proper state licensing guidelines were followed as well as health and safety standards. Supporting grow and maintaining financially responsible practices.

Lead infant and toddler teacher.

Responsible for curriculum development and supervision of children

Supporting all point of sale representatives and customer service representatives.

Training all new staff on proper practices and procedures.

Overseeing daily tasks of the store including opening and closing tasks.

Lead teacher of toddler and twos classroom

Worked with approximately 6-8 children daily

Creating and implementing appropriate curriculum and lesson planning.
