• At M&J Home services I help in the office filing paperwork and data entry and I do occasional site prep and clean up for my supervisor Mike

• As a lead press operator my main job responsibilities included operating a 12 color automatic machine to print quality materials and training other employees to follow the same expectations

• My responsibilities as a lead press operator included operating a 14 color automatic screen printing press and ensuring quality products
• While maintaining running my own press I was responsible for training other employees and ensuring they were also printing items that exceeded expectations

As a team lead at Kids Konnection my main roles were engaging with children in a positive enriching way and instilling those values in other team members to ensure the childrens safety and education were our main priorities.
