At my job as a server, the first thing I would do is make sure the dining room is all set and ready for people to eat in. Then I would greet the residents that came into the dining room. I would greet my tables, take their orders, bring them their food, and clean up the tables after they were done eating. It wasn't just a serving job, I learned how to communicate and better my customer service skills with all age groups. I made sure that everyone was satisfied with their experience and left the dining room feeling ready for the rest of the day.
