  • I process ingoing and outgoing mail, scan and file documents, route documents to proper offices, act as a point of contact, and furnish information to a wide variety of people within and outside the court.
  • I perform ESR duties and serve as our office's CourtSmart superuser and trainer.
  • I enter new cases in ECF, manage civil cases throughout the entire process, close cases in ECF, write judgments, process notices of appeals, and handle case-related transfers.
  • I perform data quality control in all assigned cases in the court's ECF system.
  • I effectively utilize JMS to pay grand jurors each month.
  • I verify the attorney’s authority to proceed before the court, advise attorneys on how to correctly amend electronically filed documents, answer inquiries on case status, all while demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • I receive payments, issue receipts, secure funds in the cash register, and process credit card payments.
