● Deliver food and drinks to guests using and meeting Chilis time specifications.
● Greet guests, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
● Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system.
● Observes guests and responds to any additional requests. Maintains guest satisfaction throughout
the entire visit.
● Present guest check to each table and accept a form of payment. Make the correct change and/or
complete the proper charge card procedure.
