Volunteer Experience

Cub Scout Pack 177 Secretary - 2017-2018

  • Held monthly meetings with all members of the committee and leaders to develop plans for upcoming quarter. Working closely with our community partner, the Masonic Lodge, to ensure the pack had everything it needed for upcoming events.
  • Created and maintained a monthly pack newsletter for all members and families to ensure information was always distributed in a timely manner.
  • Assisted in coordination and set up of over 10 events, such as Blue and Gold, Pinewood Derby, Scout Festivity, and Fall & Spring Campout. Each with over 40 scouts (ages 5- 11) and over 60 parents; as well as siblings and working closely with neighborhood and community entities (Fort Benning Military Police and Fire Departments, Masonic Lodge, State Park Officials, Chattahoochee Cub Scout Council).


30th AG Medical Reception Center - Volunteer Advanced Emergency Medical Technician - 2018

  • Assisted in operations by controlling patient flow of, drawing blood samples, and administering immunizations to upwards of 10,000 US Army Recruits.
  • Responded to episodes of syncope and seizure with and without head trauma as many as thirty times with confidence, professionalism, and compassion


Fort Benning Exceptional Family Member Program - 2016- 2018

  • Former active member of Fort Benning’s Exceptional Family Member Program community; working closely with families with individuals with special needs.
  • Provided insight on types of events held for EFMP such as EFMP Christmas Party, EFMP special olympics hosting surrounding counties special needs families and children.


1-33 CAV Co Soldier & Family Readiness Group Leader- 2019

  • Worked closely with Soldier and Family Readiness Group Leader, Company Commander, and Company First Sergeant to create quarterly events for troop soldiers and families.
  • Ensured that information was communicated accurately and efficiently to soldiers, families, and leadership on upcoming events, crucial deployment details, and garrison activities
  • Volunteered as part of the Care Team to notify, provide therapeutic communication, and provide emotional assistance to families whose solider had been injured, or passed away in the line of duty.
  • Worked closely with Squadron Chaplin, Squadron Commander, and Squadron Sergeant Major to help organize larger squadron events such as Squadron ball, Super bowl event, deployment fair, and Halloween party.
