I am a part of a team that prepares and serves food to the students. I work in the central kitchen which supplies the nine elementary and secondary school sites as needed. I operate and maintain equipment in the central kitchen as well as at the school sites. I continuously maintain a clean working area.

I substitute for Food Service I as needed and am fully trained in this position. I prepare and maintain records regarding cafeteria operation at the school sites.
