Direct programs for children, teens, and adults in the following ways:

• School-based grief groups- initiate, organize and facilitate eight grief groups per week in Rogue Valley Middle and High Schools; developing and implementing curriculum based on extensive research of grief literature and studies
• Camp WinterSpring (for children ages 12-18)- plan, organize, develop and direct five day overnight grief camp
• Children's Program (for children ages 6-12)- train, supervise, schedule volunteers, assist children's group facilitator with events for program as well as curriculum and activities, and facilitate adult grief group which involves teaching parents/guardians about differences between child and adult grief, how to manage challenging behaviors, how to maintain relationships with children while navigating their own grief, and how to develop healthy coping techniques using self care education and mindfulness practices
• Outreach and Education- respond when a death touches a school by providing grief rooms, resources, and information as well as offering staff education at staff meetings, in-service days, etc. and provide community training around the subject of child and adolescent grief
• Client Line- provide resources, information, and support for grieving clients, assess for grief group readiness, and ensure follow-up support is given as needed

• Assisted residents with activities of daily living (including full assist showers, dressing grooming, etc.)

• Record Keeping: followed Oregon State guidelines as well as physicians orders to administer medications properly, maintained strict Medication Administration Records, and provided daily narratives monitoring resident behaviors (noting changes and patterns pertaining to environmental, chemical, and emotional influences)
