The Cordillera Vail Gondola Club is a Ski Club that is located in Vail Village just steps away from Gondola One. I managed all 212 Membership and over saw daily operations. I upheld the expectation and enforce the rules of the membership. Hire and train new employees. Create the schedule and plan special events for the club. Established strong relationships with vendors and kept track of inventory. Kept track of over 1,000 pieces of ski/snowboard equipment. Created and adjust SOPs and work with the Cordillera Property Owners Association (CPOA) General Manager, CPOA Assistant General Manager and Club Advisory Committee to revise and edit the clubs Membership Plan and Rules & Regulations. Assisted with an interior model update.
I maintained daily pool operations. Created a testing sheet to ensure all 5 pools/bodies of water chemicals were tested 3 times a day to ensure the water was safe to swim in. Cleaned filters, pump baskets, chemical probes, salt cells and pools when needed. Coordinated with local pool store to make sure both locations had a proper stock of chemicals and testing reagents on hand. Worked with Cordillera Proper Owners Geneal Manger to create pool rules. Opened and closed outdoor pools in the spring and fall.
Over see day to day operations at the Cordillera Athletic Center. Created the schedule for the front desk staff and athletic trainers. Hire and train new employees. Create and adjust SOPs and Athletic Center rules. Sought out opportunities to improve service levels and corrected problems. Organize Athletic Center class schedule. Ensured only homeowners and their guest used the facility's. Made sure equipment had biannual maintained inspections and worked with gym equipment specialist to add new equipment to the gym.
