1.) Created a strategy to get our employees more engaged and interactive during Mindshare series (Live webinars that are used to communicate to GCCX by increasing awareness, learning and development).
2.) Created Learning Module for Customer Success Managers to take quarterly which will help reinforce their responsiveness to customers and successfully completing the Closed Loop Process.
3.) Recreated Digital Onboarding Experience for customers who use Network Edge. This new and improved portal will allow for customers to have the best self-serve onboarding experience.
4.) My group project included creating a survey to help identify the top key customer touchpoints to customer success managers. The survey got sent out to CSMs from all three regions (AMER, APAC, EMEA).
