I am currently a loan processor/credit analyst for recreational vehicle loans. I work closely and build relationships with dealerships across the country to provide outstanding support by acting as a liaison between the dealership and lending institutions. One of my main responsibilities is to ensure all loan documents are compliant according to multi-state laws and regulations. I also oversee completion and submission of financial documents to the lender, which includes making sure all necessary documentation for each deal is complete and submitted to the lender's funding department in a timely manner. I also review customer credit applications and submit applications to appropriate lenders (prime & subprime) based on the customers credit ratings. I collect stipulations from customers and dealers in order to receive final approvals.
Throughout my 15 years at CitiFinancial, I was able to gain a lot of financial and management knowledge in several different aspects. We went from being primarily a personal loan/mortgage financial institution to a real estate loss mitigation call center. I managed a team of 8-10 employees in a goal driven environment and was responsible for overall compliance, policies and procedures within my center. I also managed activities and processes for loan modifications and other curing activities, recruited and interviewed candidates for open positions and trained, coached, motivated and conducted performance reviews on all employees. Monitoring employee phone calls for adherence to quality controls and compliance was also a part of my daily responsibilities. I was also responsible for developing new business, managing a loan portfolio, credit and delinquency decisions including following approval authorities, difficult account problems, and sales. In every aspect of my job at CitiFinancial, I always made sure to provide outstanding customer service/solutions.
