• Balance cash drawer daily, verify cash and check deposits, process mail and night drop deposits, assist customers with any and all issues or problems, answer phones and transfer to proper department
• Open new accounts personal and commercial
• Assist customers with setting up online banking. Use Excel and Outlook for day to day operations.

• Order and verify all cash shipments (incoming and out going) to and from the Federal Reserve Bank under dual control
• Disburse cash to tellers daily as needed
• Balance and secure vault
• Maintain on site ATM
• Maintain a list of all cash boxes issued to tellers
• Assist the teller line as needed and maintain personal teller drawer.

• Balance cash drawer daily, use of currency counter, 10 key, setting up and verifying cash and check deposits, customer service, organizational skills, balance ATM and Vault, process night drop and mail deposits and assist customers with any and all issues or problems
• File all new account folders and other documents as needed
• Use of fax machine and copy machine
• Answered customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction history, services charges, and interest rates
• Answered telephone inquiries on checking and savings accounts, loans, and lines of credit

• Maintain a clean workspace and lobby
• Answer a multi phone system in a courteous and professional manner
• Transfer phone calls to proper departments and or patients rooms
• Make sure all visitors sign in and give directions of facility.

• Daily duties including but not limited to NSFs, stop payments, chargebacks, positive pay, ACH disputes, wire transfers, charge offs, recoveries, teller balancing, check adjustments, collection items, mobile remote deposit review, fraud monitoring, customer service, ATM reconciliations, research, reclamations, unposted item repair, dormant account monitoring, Reg CC holds and various reconciliations of accounts
• Performs work independently, exercising independent judgment and discretion.

• Receive around 50 inbound calls from patients and physician's offices regarding orders for medications, pharmacy services and any other non clinical inquires
• Record and process orders and/or inquires received by phone
• Provide pricing, availability, scheduling information and obtain methods of payment within established guidelines
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients and offer patient assistance and support using empathy and compassion
• Escalate calls to clinicians, insurance verification teams, specialized teams and support teams as required
• Connect patients with pharmacists for counseling and clinical inquires
• Operate effectively in a fast paced deadline-driven environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
