I have always been an A+ student with perfect attendance and as the oldest of four I have a natural ability to lead. I have a fear of failure that drives me to do the absolute best job possible, and when I do fail I learn from my mistakes and still count it as a positive experience. I have been with this company for two and a half years and worked my way up to where I am. Accomplishments

After 14 months of working at the wash I was promoted to site manager and six months later I was promoted again to Certified Training Site Manager. I have successfully held conference calls while the DM was on PTO and I am already seen as a leader to many of my peers.
