- I work on the aging of accounts and sending final letters and monitoring letters out.
- I call and email customers for payment status.
- I run all the payments that we get through pay trace for credit cards and the ACH payments through our BMO Harris account.
- I post the checks that come in the mail for the accounts and I scan them into our banks systems.
- I look up the invoice numbers and find there account number and verify all the information and post there eft payments on our system.
- I give accounts that need to be placed on hold or taken off to Jen.
