Amanda W. Fletcher

Orlando,FL

Summary

I am a cognitive neurologist who is a passionate advocate for compassionate and equitable dementia care. My professional journey has taken me from completing a Neurology residency and fellowship in Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry to working in both academic/clinical/research settings. These settings including building a memory disorders clinic at Orlando health, working as Principal/Sub-Investigator at ClinCloud Clinical Trials and now leading the Cognitive Service Line at Synapticure. My work focuses on creating accessible, high-quality cognitive care programs, growing interdisciplinary teams and developing anti-amyloid therapy pathways.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to patient education, caregiver support, and improving access for underserved and underrepresented communities affected by dementia. I strive to bring empathy and clarity into every interaction, empowering patients and families through knowledge and personalized care.
