Passionate yoga teacher with over 5+ years of experience in practicing various forms of yoga. In June 2023, I completed 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India under Yogi Yashpal, and acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching.
As a yoga instructor, I draw inspiration from my travels, environment, and past mentors and colleagues. I design my classes to help my students achieve physical, spiritual and mental wellness through asanas and breathing techniques that reduce stress, anxiety, and common health issues. I want my students to feel refreshed, renewed, and motivated after each class by setting clear intentions and cultivating positive mindsets. I create a safe and supportive space for my students to heal and grow stronger. By providing personal assists and detailed instructions to ensure proper alignment, I strive to encourage students to form a daily practice to build a strong foundation in their own lives.

Practiced meditation, Vinyasa, Yin, restorative yoga, and developed strength and skill in asanas and breathing techniques through continuous study and practice.

Practiced meditation, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Yin, and hot yoga under the owner Ara Lyman. Participated in sound baths and through yoga practice improved alignment and growth in asanas.
