I am currently in a position where I can no longer advance in the company I ’ve served for over five years and am seeking a challenge and a career. Overall, I have gained customer service experience as well as leadership skills. As a Cash Sales Representative I started out making phone calls to collect on past due accounts and helping customers with their financial needs. I quickly showed promise as a Branch Manager where I was tasked with maintaining one of our most fast paced locations and settling customer conflicts. In addition to overseeing around 400 accounts, I train and manage employees, balance money and communicate with other companies and organizations. The industry is constantly changing, so being able to quickly adapt and continue working is not an issue. I am a fiercely loyal employee. I have even relocated for this company. I am no stranger to working hard, and I am positive that I will make a valuable asset to your company.
