  • Issued Title Policy for Title Insurance for Refinance and Purchase files.
  • Work closely with Local Searchers to obtain policy they issue to send to Clients, in Local Counties for the states of Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
  • Work Closely with Local Searchers to obtain the Countersignature to the policy FNAS issues to send to the client for the entire state of South Dakota.
  • From July 2022 to December 2024. I was the Team Lead over the Recording Department, and then was given the Policy and VM/Search Departments to watch over and in December of 2024 I decided to take a step back due to Recording Reviewers leaving, or let go to go back to Recording full time while still helping in Policy and VM/Search as FNAS was not able to find another Recording Reviewer to match my same skill sets and it was too much to maintain watching over three departments and being full time production.
