Print, sort, and distribute sales orders according to the established schedule.
• Manage requests from sales team members for special shipping or cancellations and provide shipping status and tracking when requested.

• Process and prepare required documentation for international shipments, via appropriate carrier and ensure all paperwork and labels are affixed to packages.

• Assist team with packing of large orders as needed or during heavy workloads.
• Manage semi-weekly ordering of packaging supplies and collaborate with team and purchasing agent on the testing of new or improved materials.
• Track shipments and resolve shipment exceptions as needed.
