★Managed prescriptions and medications by facilitating and ensuring open channels of communication among our team, our clients, and pharmacies.
★Drafted behavior plans according to the vet's recommendation and subsequently communicate this plan to the patient's entire care team.

★Collaborated with other volunteers to develop and implement enrichment for various species, as to ensure animals have adequate stimulation and interactions with aspects of their natural habitat.
