In the 12 years I have been in service, I have only had to advertise in the very early years. All of my customers have been through word of mouth or references, and I have some of the same customers I began with in 2012.
The contractors that work with me are happy and enjoy the work and are very reliable, because I make sure to offer praise and encouragement as well as teaching them my method of cleaning, which is very thorough. I also believe in holding positive thoughts while I clean to leave the establishment in a good way.
