I am writing to you in favor of Amelia Saylor, a candidate for a construction position. Amelia has worked for Jackson Ladder for a year and has been a most productive worker.

She took to the ladder business immediately. There are a few nuances to carrying and identifying ladder models and she had no trouble learning to safely transport the correct ladders  to a proper place.

In June  of this year, Amelia also ran the business for one day: she transported ladders and billed two customers in my absence.  She made certain everything was correct and  one of the customers had to have the equipment that day,  through her initiative, that happened!

I have had this business for 30 years.  I can only think of two other youngsters who have displayed the discipline and hard work  that Amelia Saylor gives each time she has worked for Jackson Ladder.  She receives my highest recommendation.
