- Kept dishwashing station neat and clean by removing trash and organizing supplies.
- Clearing, washing, drying, and returning all plates, dining utensils, cups, glasses, and bowls to their respected spaces.
- Kept dishes, utensils and glassware clean and rotated in order of what was needed most in kitchen.
- Brought required dishes to the kitchen upon request.
- Broke down boxes outside and put them in recycling.
- Provided an extra hand in bussing when needed.
- Cleaned grease buckets upon request.
- Taking boxes from beer freezer out back and throwing them away upon request.
- Returned mats in both the bar and dishwashing station to there respected areas when closing.
- Cleaned both bar and kitchen utensils when closing.
- Sprayed and wiped down sink and drying station when closing.
- Cleared and cleaned both grease traps and water filter when closing.
- Sweeping and Mopping dishwashing station as well as emptying mop bucket and returning it to its respected space when closing.
- Turning off water when closing.
- Assuring both outside freezer and back gate were both locked when closing.
- Assuring all lights were in both the dishwashing station and storage closets were turned off.
- Turning water on when opening.
- Running water filter when opening.
- Pulling mats out when opening.
- mopping both bathrooms and bathroom hallway when opening.
