Write up a detailed SOW and provided winning estimates. this was for mostly Data Centers ranging from 240k to 1.8 million dollars, labor and cabling only, including: all structured cabling, security cabling, door devices, controller panels and power supplies as well as CCTV cameras for Microsoft PHX 61, 63, 67, NTT PHX2, PHX3, PHX4, PHX 5, Compass IV, V, VI, DC13, DC14, Stream, and (3) Arizona Humane Society projects
- Preform hand off meeting with Ops manager to decide manpower based off site schedules and technical needs
- Perform kick off meeting with PM and Site Super to go over the project at hand
- Worked with assigned PM to make sure they order all devices upfront, and 80% of the cable proposed
- Worked with PM's on making sure the super and PM can do a site walk a day prior to mobilizing grew, Gang box if needed A frame ladders, lifts safety gear and PPE if required
- Work with PMs making sure they invoice for the 1st billing the appropriate amounts
- Working with PM and Technicians to make sure PPE, OSHA, lift certs, first aid, and other site requirements are being met.
- Checking up weekly with PMs, on site progress, any road blocks, and any additional manpower needs or possible demobilization.
- QA/QC with PMs prior to closing out projects
- Working with PMs to make sure all close out packets and test results are getting to the customer in a timely matter
- Make sure Technicians have certifications to match the needs of upcoming projects such as ICT, Verkada, CDVI, IC Realtime, AXIS etc..
- Assist PMS and or Technicians with programming Access Control controllers, configuring cameras and installing door devices if needed
- Making sure all structured cabling is adhering to BICSI installation standards for All Premise and OSP work.
- Meeting with the PMs to do reviews for technicians and carrying out reviews for PMs as well. Making sure everyone can communicate and are in a good and safe work environment
