• Provide technical and operational support to brokers contracted to sell KelseyCare Advantage - a Medicare Advantage plan.
• Assist brokers with KCA enrollment applications, onboarding and contracting, annual certification, and broker portal functions.
• Assist with regular broker prescreening and with auditing compliance documents.
• Manage and process health risk assessment supplement forms, assessing for
accuracy, completion, and payment eligibility.
• Distribute broker promotional and enrollment materials to all Kelsey-Seybold Clinics and broker agencies.
• Manage and resolve incoming KCA Broker Support calls and emails.
