I am polite with each call I make. I never forget to say thank you at the end of each call. I verify everything like their address, owner or director's name and email. If they are interested in a certain piece of equipment I make sure the ones who loads the drivers trailer puts that piece on the trailer. I follow up with each client that wants a brochure and price list to make sure they received it via email. I make between 300 and 500 calls daily.

I have been in school since January 2020. I am working toward my Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Crime and Criminal Behavior. My passion is helping addicts see that it isn't to late to turn their life around. The law has always fascinated me. However, my heart is in helping people. If I can save one addict then I have done my job. I want to take my degree and change lives. I want to be a voice for the ones who can't speak for themselves. I have worked really hard to finish each term with an A in all my classes. I started out on the president's list. I quickly got moved up to the dean's list and a honor student. I have remained on the dean's list since and currently still on it.
