· Responsible for accurate forecast and replenishment of 864 SKUs across seven categories in over 8k+ stores out of 10 DCs.

· Regularly review, interpret and analyze current and historical item forecasts and sales in order to provide recommendations to the item’s forecast to closely align with demand.

· Analyze daily reporting to identify opportunities for inventory improvements and implement action plans for new/dropped SKUs and seasonal merchandise in order to maximize sales and profits.

· Hold suppliers accountable to deadlines, item cuts and allocation SKU recovery dates.

· Provide weekly new item information regarding PO tracking, quantities shipped, and quantities received at the DCs to senior leadership.

· Collaborate with four Merchants across seven categories to align on schematic strategies and manage schematic reset/revision new items and dropped items.

· Prepare and present VMI inventory data including service levels, schematic reset updates and supplier/transportation/DC issues for seven categories during respective biweekly collaborative category meetings.

· Exercise proficiency with MS Excel, SQL, Microstrategy, Relex and Retek through daily and weekly use and reporting.

· Train, mentor, motivate and lead a team to ensure complete customer satisfaction and sales goals.

· Implement a daily fleet plan of 1,500 vehicles for three rental car brands.

· Identify areas of opportunity through reporting to ensure the operation was exceeding corporate standards.

· Utilize time management skills in a fast paced environment to complete and exceed daily tasks expectations.

· Manage both customer and employee issues.

· Responsible for communicating with different departments and resources to utilize business potential.
