Customer Service is a high priority for me. As a State of Texas Texas Works Retiree, I have determined eligibility in the Food Stamp and TANF programs over 16 years achieving many awards including Regional Customer Service Award 3 years and maintaining a caseload of 250-300 households in which I was highly productive and proficient, customer oriented while upholding the standards expected. Currently, I work with Volunteers and co-workers to make our store a better place and efficient in business. I am a very hard worker, take my job seriously, always willing to learn new policies and/or procedures. Work well with others and treated people the way I want to be treated. Am able, honest, dependable, helpful, willing to take on new tasks and learn. CPS experience included heavy involvement with adults and children in the program observing visits, monitoring visits/ records, transportation to visits/ appointments and recording all aspects of same. Ability to follow all guidelines and rules relating to CPS policies. Maintain relationships with all children/ parents, lawyers, doctors, school personnel and any one relative to each case.
