Responsible for supervision of all staff and daily work processes, ensuring all deadlines are met while providing excellent customer service. Monitors changes to guidelines and updates staff as changes are needed for FHA, VA, RHS and FNMA . Makes sure KHC is in compliance with federal, state and local guidelines.

Responsible for processing and posting funds at the final stage of the claims process for FHA, VA, RHS and FNMA Partial Claims and/or Loan Modifications.

Update the financial tracking spreadsheet for all FHA Claims and Part B claim funds.

Process all REO Principal Reductions on FICS on a loan level basis. Process all Foreclosure full payoffs on FICS when no claims can be filed due to full payoff remittance.

Compile and Complete the monthly submission of all claims completed for the current month along with submission of all claim monies received.

Responsible for preparing and submitting Foreclosure 3rd Party and Pre-Foreclosure sales claims to FHA, VA and RHS. Ensure that all electronic claim submissions meet all criteria by the various regulatory agencies. Submit title packages for FHA and VA claims. Respond to all request for additional documentation from FHA, VA and RHS regulatory agencies. Keep current the Financial Tracking Spreadsheet for all claim types on a daily basis.
