  • In my off time I enjoy being a volunteer at a local Rabbit Rescue, and I also enjoy camping with my family.
  • I try to make sure I develop each and every employee so they can reach there full potential.
  • I also have a celebration every month for 3rd shift based off the which month it is . For example in June we celebrated Juneteenth where I put red, black and green snacks out and explained in the group huddle what the colors stand for. July we celebrated Pride month by serving rainbow colored snacks.

  • Majority of my working years I have received exceeds on my evaluation. I was also food safety certified in the state of Michigan which expired this year.
