While employed with A to Z Healthcare my job duties included, Triaging/rooming patients, obtaining all Appropriate health history and updating the patients records accordingly, performing EKG's, I gave all GLP injections, as well as IM injections, assisted the provider in all necessary procedures, I was in charge of all Phlebotomy/Laboratory procedures and specimen collection, I also did all patient call backs and sending all refills to patients pharmacies.

I sent all referrals, was in charge of obtaining Medication prior authorizations, answered phones, scheduled appointments, and delivered medication to patients.

I was also responsible for all Office Marketing, as well as attending weekly BNI (Business Network International) meetings.

• While employed for Select Laboratories my job duties included going to multiple different providers offices as well as HomeBound patients homes, and collecting blood samples via venipuncture and centrifuging all samples before transporting them back to our lab for testing. Once I returned to the lab, I was responsible for processing the samples into our system for the technician to begin the testing process.
• I was also responsible for training/supervising the new hire Phlebotomist's,and the scheduling of all phlebotomist's.

• While employed for Rivers Family Medicine my job duties included triaging/rooming patients, updating all health history accordingly, performing EKG's, Administering injections, collecting blood via venipuncture, calling patients back with correspondence from the providers, and sending in patient prescription refills.

• While employed by KAM Logistics LLC, my job duties included answering all phone calls, scheduling all of the incoming and outgoing loads, dispatching the drivers, managing accounts receivable, as well as payroll.

• While employed for Rivers Family Medicine my duties included triaging/rooming patients, obtaining all medical history and updating patient records accordingly, performing EKG's, administering injections, returning patient calls with correspondence from the providers, collecting blood via venipuncture, sending in prescription refills, and scribing office notes for providers.

• While employed for Family Physicians Group my job duties included triaging/rooming patients, obtaining/updating all patient medical history accordingly, collecting blood, assisting the provider in all procedures, performedEKG's, and Ear lavages, returned all patient's calls and sent in all prescription refills.

• While employed for Central Florida Heart Center my job duties included triaging/rooming patients, obtaining all patient medical history and updating in the chart accordingly, administering injections, assisting the provider in any necessary procedures, calling patients back with correspondence from the provider, and sending in all prescription refills

• While employed at Family Care Specialists I was responsible for running the lab, where my duties included obtaining all blood samples via venipuncture, urinalysis, stool cultures, and FBOT cards, processing all samples for transportation, as well as daily breakdown and sanitation of the lab.
• In November of 2001 I was cross trained for a Medical Assistant position where my job duties included triage/rooming patients, obtaining patients medical history and updating the chart accordingly, performing EKG's, PFT's, Ear Lavages, and assisting the providers in all in office procedures. I also obtained all medication prior authorizations, as well as sent all referrals for patients.

• While employed for P&P Cleaning I was responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of Medical Offices, Imaging Centres, and Billing Offices.
