Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy to consumers with a variety of mental health diagnoses. Work closely with referral sources to include EAPs, family members (when appropriate) and primary physicians to implement the most appropriate treatment plan for the assigned diagnoses. Primarily work autonomously under the supervision of a psychologist as part of a small, clinical team.

Clinical Director for an Outpatient Treatment Facility providing a variety of medical and clinical services to those with co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities included supervising all clinical staff, running Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Groups, managing the schedule for all employees, and delivery of individual therapy to all current Intensive Outpatient consumers. Also managed a small, independent private practice to clients not associated with The Bergand Group, providing individual, family and couples therapy.

Provided clinical services to consumers with a co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder within the environment of a large outpatient treatment center. Was promoted to Clinical Director and then Regional Clinical Director, overseeing multiple treatment locations and participating in all Executive Committees with the CEO, CFO, and medical director. Played a pivotal role in being awarded CARF Accreditation. Provided clinical supervision to over 15 employees and administrative supervision to a small team.
