  • Approving official for M&FRC budget of $42k: oversaw and approved execution of budget and government purchase card items along with prioritizing requests for marketing, on- and off-base events, training, etc., and developing the next fiscal year proposals.
  • Increased completion of required military training by 70% by applying instructional design techniques, technical writing, and editing skills with WordPress software to create online environments housing mandatory benchmark trainings that were published to MilSuite and available to 10,000+ Air Force personnel.
  • Disbursed over $1.83M in emergency financial aid in response to Hurricane Michael in 2018 and provided training to 8 additional personnel to maximize availability of case workers/check signers to meet caseload demands.
