I assist non-English speaking individuals with filling out applications, making appointments, and communicating with their workers. I also support workers who have non-English speaking clients during assessments, SNAP interviews, and public health appointments. Additionally, I accompany a nurse on home visits to educate clients about pregnancy and provide interpretation services wherever needed. I translate English applications and letters from workers that need to be sent out to Spanish-speaking clients.

Assisted in operating packaging machinery and helped the shift lead with the organization and preparation for production. When the shift lead was absent, I took the initiative to organize my team and assume leadership. I ensured that the cheese packaging was completed promptly and maintained cleanliness while handling connections for the Clean-In-Place (CIP) process. Additionally, I made sure that the weight and labels were correct for each type of cheese being produced. Occasionally, I also served as an interpreter for my coworkers and managers.
