Luxury Home Maintenance in a 7,648 sq. ft. residence with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the role involves comprehensive daily care and organization, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Flooring: Care for natural stone and wood floors, vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, and maintain the garage's epoxy-treated surface.
- Kitchen: Clean and organize all appliances, including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stoves, hoods, and ovens; care for countertops, cabinets, tables, chairs, coffee nook, and pantry.
- Rooms: Replace linens and towels, vacuum floors, make beds, disinfect surfaces, maintain unclogged drainage systems, and ensure bathrooms are stocked and sanitary.
- Closets: Organize wardrobes, linens, toys, drawers, and shelves to uphold neatness and functionality.
- Furniture: Perform care and maintenance for wood furnishings and fireplaces.
- Laundry: Wash and manage clothes, towels, and linens.
- Wet Bar: Clean and organize glassware and the bar showcase.
- Garage Storage: Organize seasonal decorations and maintain storage tidiness.
- Exterior Spaces: Care for pool and patio furniture.
- Support to manage relationships and coordinate with contractors for painting, remodeling, and home services.
- Care for indoor plants and feed the Labrador Retriever.
- Plan and execute deep cleaning tasks during family vacations.
- Occasionally assist with light meal preparation and school transportation for children.
- Store groceries and ensure the refrigerator is stocked.
- Restock cleaning supplies and household products.
