Daily Cleaning and Maintenance: Specialized Duties: Additional Responsibilities:

Luxury Home Maintenance in a 7,648 sq. ft. residence with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the role involves comprehensive daily care and organization, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Flooring: Care for natural stone and wood floors, vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, and maintain the garage's epoxy-treated surface.
• Kitchen: Clean and organize all appliances, including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stoves, hoods, and ovens; care for countertops, cabinets, tables, chairs, coffee nook, and pantry.
• Rooms: Replace linens and towels, vacuum floors, make beds, disinfect surfaces, maintain unclogged drainage systems, and ensure bathrooms are stocked and sanitary.
• Closets: Organize wardrobes, linens, toys, drawers, and shelves to uphold neatness and functionality.
• Furniture: Perform care and maintenance for wood furnishings and fireplaces.
• Laundry: Wash and manage clothes, towels, and linens.
• Wet Bar: Clean and organize glassware and the bar showcase.
• Garage Storage: Organize seasonal decorations and maintain storage tidiness.
• Exterior Spaces: Care for pool and patio furniture.
• Support to manage relationships and coordinate with contractors for painting, remodeling, and home services.
• Care for indoor plants and feed the Labrador Retriever.
• Plan and execute deep cleaning tasks during family vacations.
• Occasionally assist with light meal preparation and school transportation for children.
• Store groceries and ensure the refrigerator is stocked.
• Restock cleaning supplies and household products.
• Manage garbage and recycling collection.
• Deliver donation items.

This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to sustain a systematic approach in a luxury home environment.

General cleaning on demand.

• Disinfected and mopped bathrooms to keep facilities sanitary and clean.
• Vacuumed rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors.
• Hand-dusted and wiped down office furniture, fixtures, and window sills to keep areas clean and comfortable.
• Care and watering of outdoor plants and lawn.
• Outdoor deck cleaning.

2 Days a week, general cleaning in team of 2. Indoor and Outdoor.

• Disinfected and mopped bathrooms to keep facilities sanitary and clean.
• Vacuumed rugs and carpeted areas in offices, lobbies, and corridors.
• Disposed of trash and recyclables each day to avoid waste buildup.
• Removed bed sheets and towels from rooms and pre-treated stains to maintain and restore linen condition.
• Dusted picture frames and wall hangings with cloth.
