  • I interview qualified applicants for hire
  • I also perform background checks and upload information to the Texas Education Agency for the fingerprint’s registry
  • Additionally, I send new hire documents and follow up with new hires to ensure all files are complete
  • I assist and conduct new hire orientations, speaking to groups ranging from 20-60 to 100 new hires when needed
  • Some other responsibilities include processing new hire documents, adding payroll daily rates, determining adjustments and pay changes, and entering data into the system
