Develop and implement business strategy and lead the daily operations of the store. Accountable for driving results by effectively teaching, training and coaching associates into a high performing selling team that achieves sales goals, meets merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence.

Supports the Merch Team Leader and is responsible in achieving sales goals, meeting merchandising brand standards and delivering operational excellence through effectively leading a high performing merchandising and stock team.

• Assemble plastic modules to create various conveyor belts, while performing visual quality inspection of product prior to and upon completion of assigned work
• As well as, maintain own productivity while performing the duties mentioned above.

• Supports higher management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where the values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations, including great customer experience and maximum profitability
• As well as, modeling sales expectations by utilizing various techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer.

• Completing daily cash and credit sales reports for store managers, light duty cleaning, and hosting/scheduling events
• Selling admissions to the public, while upselling merchandise and ensuring everyone is having fun
