  • Conceptualized and co-led the first Employee Resource Group (ERGs), Brazenly BIPOC, and collaborated with the Learning and Development function to create an Employee Resource Group Handbook to empower those current and to come, the resources and knowledge to start additional ERGs. Ultimately, leading to the founding of a second ERG, the Brazen Queer Collective.
